The UDA logo consists of the UDA "seal" and the UDA "text." The below logo variations have been approved by UDA and the relationship (size, positioning, etc.) of these variations should not be altered in any way.

The UDA logo is copyrighted and the property of United Dental Alliance. Please review the following guidelines before using the UDA or UDA Connect logo:

- The logo should only use the "official" logo colors seen below.
- Any scaling must retain the original proportions of the logo.
- Other than the variations listed below, the logo may not be modified in any way.
- Additional text may not be added in such a way that it appears to be part of the logo itself.
- Permission is required to use UDA logos on any form of merchandise.
- UDA logos on commercial products and/or websites must be approved by UDA.
